About Learning Needs Analysis

A needs analysis is essentially a conversation that evaluates the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

It seeks to establish what the gaps are in learning and performance in individuals, in whole teams, or even in a business.

For SME’s who don’t have the luxury of an in-house HR or Learning and Development Manager, this process will save you time and money.

A learning needs analysis will ensure that any training or development initiatives you are considering, are targeted, and deal with the root cause of the issue.

Targeted and specific interventions are more likely to result in a change in behaviour and improvement in performance.

This isn’t a sales pitch.

In fact, a needs analysis often throws up internal process issues that can be resolved without the need for training.

What our clients say

I first partnered with Karen Fleming during Feb 2019 to help our team explore our team purpose and to better understand each other, build trust, develop psychological safety, create an open safe environment and ultimately better work in synergy together.
Karen is great at understanding her client’s needs before suggesting programmes, workshops and tools.
